Joyful Day!

Hello and how are you? It’s super busy around here, planning a graduation party for our son! We are so proud of him! So Happy to squeeze in a little creative time yesterday, here’s a card I made for someone special, I used PTI’s Into the Blooms: Pansies, such a beautiful set to work with! My dots are stamped from Prominent Petals! That sweet sentiment is from Inside Greetings: Happy Hello. This is my entry for Papertrey Ink’s Challenge to create a card using a pattern stamp. I wish you a lovely weekend!

Birthday Joy gift bag!

Here’s a little birthday gift bag I made for someone special. I embellished my handmade gift bag with a Bloom from Into the Blooms, and my tag is a Love to layer: Notched diecut, holding some PTI birthday word dies on some of my very favorite paper! These are so fun, I think I’m going to be making a lot of these! This is also my entry for Papertrey Ink’s Challenge to Use my own stamps and dies to accent a gift bag. Happy Thursday everyone!

Happy Thoughts Seed Packet Card!

Hello! How are you? Here’s a card I made for a friend, it’s a simulated seed packet using @Papertrey Ink’s Stitched Rectangle Dies. These are so fun to stitch up! My pitcher of flowers & blooms is from Abundant Blooms, and my sentiment is from Just Sentiments: Spring Blessings. I hope you’re having a great day!

Kindness blooms! I’m getting ready to pop this email this morning, I stitched up this simulated seed packet and filled it with one of my handmade seed paper bookmarks! My sentiment is from You Deserve Flowers. I used the lovely Dahlia stencils on this. Have a blessed day!

PLANTED!

Have you seen Papertrey Ink’s new In Stitches: Seed Packet Die?!! It’s ADORABLE! While I wait for mine to arrive, I got busy making some of these simulated seed packets using my Stitched Rectangle Dies and an Into the Blooms flower, along with a little watering can & sentiment from Seeds of Knowledge. The 25 cent stamp is from With Love Mini! These are great to stitch up while waiting for a pot to boil for supper or when you’re on the phone or watching a tv show! Watch my blog later this week as I plan to have something SUPER fun to add to these!

Spring is when the flowers sing!

Hello, and how are you? I hope you had a most wonderful Easter! It’s been quite busy around here getting two kids ready to graduate! I created this card for someone dear, and this is also my entry for Papertrey Ink’s Challenge to Create a Card with my favorite yellow flowers. I think that all yellow flowers are my favorite! Here, I used a large Dahlia in the back, along with a yellow Into the Blooms: Rose, and the pretty floral sprig from Blooming Thoughts. And holding my florals is a PTI Weave a Basket!💛💛💛 I hope you’re having a nice day!

Yellow florals!

Carrot cake surprise!

Hello! I wanted to show you the birthday cake card that I made for my amazing husband! His favorite dessert is carrot cake, so I thought I would make him a carrot cake birthday card using those wonderful frosting dies from Papertrey Ink, they will always be a favorite of mine! I embellished it with another favorite of mine, the carrot from The Greetery! I used Honey Nut cardstock for the cake and splattered it with brown and black speckled paint. “Surprise” is a PTI diecut, and “eat cake” is from PTI’s Text Style Secret agent. I have the most wonderful Carrot Cake Cupcake recipe!

Smile, you’re in my happiest thoughts!

Hello! I needed to make a special card for someone, so I used Papertrey Ink’s Witb Love Mailbox die collection to make this cute mailbox card. The gold dots are from a PTI stencil that I embossed. The flowers are from Towering Stems, and I added a piece of patterned paper behind my mailbox. Smile is a PTI diecut. Don’t you love sending happy mail?

Floral thoughts of you!

How are you? I do hope you’re having a lovely winter day! It’s snowing here! This is a card that I created for a special friend of mine, and I die cut the flowers (I water colored them) and tag sentiment from Papertrey Ink’s Jar Accessories. The cute vintage vase is from Vase Collection 6. Have a great night!
