Inspired By…8

Good morning! There’s a beautiful new Inspired By Challenge:

I was inspired by some of the blue in the background and the black 8:

I used a lot of really great paper crafting products from The Greetery’s Urban Jungle Collection, Just love it!

Inspired By…Summer BBQ!

Hi, friends! There is a super fun Inspired By Challenge up:

For my card, I was so inspired by the watermelon, and so I made this for my dad for Father’s Day:

For my melons, I diecut PTI Fruit Salad & Circle Dies from white cardstock and inked them up with Tim Holtz Lumberjack Plaid and The Stamp Market Cactus. Then I spritzed with water and added some paint speckles. For my background, I used a PTI Stencil with more Cactus ink to simulate the outside of a watermelon. My sentiment is from PTI’s Dapper Chap. Then I added some leaves from Poppy Stamps!

Hope your inspired by this fun challenge!

Inspired By…Pillows

Hello, and happy Thursday! There is a brand new Inspired By Challenge this week:

For my card, I was inspired by all of the dots. My dots were made from Papertrey Ink stencils. The Stitched Heart and the flower are also from Papertrey Ink, and my sentiment is from The Greetery. Spellbinder envelope seal wax & stamp. Love them!

I hope you are inspired by this challenge, and I look forward to seeing your creations!

Inspired By…Cabinet

Good Morning and happy Thursday! There is a new Inspired By Challenge up… Inspired By Cabinet!

I was inspired by the cabinets in the photo to create my projects! I love this pretty Carta Bella card stock, and so I combined that with the beautiful Papertrey Ink Rose. I added in the Hooray tag from Papertrey Ink’s Birthday Tag Kit, I love it so much! My sentiment is also from this kit.

I loved how Kelly at Live Laugh Rowe made the CUTEST little gift boxes from matchboxes, so I had to make one!

I hope you are inspired, and I cannot wait to see your creations!

Guest Designer for Poppy Stamps – June Challenge: Just Add Foil!

Hi, you guys! I am SO thrilled to be a Guest Designer for Poppy Stamps! This month’s Challenge is Just Add Foil. Be sure to play along, there’s a chance to win a $20 gift certificate to their shop!

Their products have just stolen my heart! For this card that I have created, I used: Double Scallop Stitched Frame Dies, Poinsettia Background Dies, and Hello Moonlight Script Dies.

I thought it would be so fun to “summer-ize” the special Poinsettia die! It is really a great die with endless color combinations! I love love, love the Double Scallop Stitched Frame, it will be used a lot! The Hello sentiment is positively dreamy to work with, and I added some Thermo Web Deco Foil, works perfectly!

I’m looking forward to seeing what you create!

Thank you ever so much, Poppy Stamps and Marybeth Lopez, for this opportunity! I am very grateful to you!

Inspired by Challenge: Lilacs

Hi there and happy Thursday! There is the new challenge up on Inspired By Blog. For my project, I was inspired by the lovely purple to make this geranium card.

I used The Greetery’s BotaniCuts Geraniums, flower pot, and Flowers sentiment. My corners are stamped with Papertrey Ink’s Garden of Faith.

I might be using this as a sympathy card, so I stamped the tag so I could include that if I needed to. I cannot wait to see your creations, I hope you are inspired!

Inspired by…Yellow!

Hi everyone, and happy Thursday! There is a new Inspired By Challenge up this week:

Some of you know me well, and know that I am ALWAYS inspired by yellow! I was definitely inspired by the picture, and also by the Sketch:

My sentiment is from Hero Arts, the heart diecuts, my yellow clover flowers, my wreath, & crimped background oval are all from Papertrey Ink. The background strip is from The Greetery’s Paper Ribbon Dies.

I hope that you are inspired to create something with this fun challenge! And I love combining challenges with my need for cards!

Inspired By…Pretty Packaging!

Hi, Friends! There is a new Inspired By Challenge up: https://theseinspiredchallenges.blogspot.com

Here is my inspiration photo. I was so inspired by the colors and the pretty packaging!

My pretty Packaging-Inspiration Project

I used a beautiful vellum-like bag that I had on hand-and tied it up with some tulle. My blooms are from Papertrey Ink’s Blooming Thoughts, forever one of my favorites! And have you seen all of the envelope seals lately? I thought I would adhere one to a clothespin, it worked perfectly!

I used Spellbinders Wax Beads & Stamp!

I’m really looking forward to seeing what you create, and what you were inspired by!
